1. Services
- Payments made for consultation, software development, design, or IT services are non-refundable once the project has started.
- Refund requests will be considered only if:
- The project/service has not been initiated.
- Advance payment was made and work has not yet commenced.
2. Digital Products / Software
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product or license has been delivered.
- No refunds will be issued for software, digital tools, or subscription services that have already been activated or accessed.
3. Cancellation
- Clients may request a cancellation before the project or service has begun.
- Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
4. Refund Processing
- If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- Transaction or processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:
- The client fails to provide necessary information, approvals, or feedback on time.
- Project delays are caused by client-side communication gaps.
- Services are fully delivered as agreed.
